a total of 227,690 shares under the share buyback announced on 10 January
2019 in accordance with Art. 2 Para. 2 of the Commission Delegated
Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 ('Buyback Regulation').

LANXESS AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the chemicals sector. It specializes in the development, manufacturing and marketing of chemical intermediates, additives, specialty chemicals and plastics.
