Levi Strauss & Co.'s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Levi's Plaza, 1155 Battery Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors' recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommend a vote FORall the nominees listed and FORProposals 2 and 3:

1. The election as Class I directors of the four nominees named in the Proxy Statement.
2. Advisory vote to approve executive compensation.
3. Ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2020.
