NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Subscription Warrants Change in Exercise Price

Log-In - Logística Intermodal SA ("Log-In" or "Company" - B3: LOGN3) hereby announces that due to the homologation, on this date, of the Company´s capital increase approved at the Board of Directors´s Meeting on April 26, 2018, the exercise price of the subscription warrants issued by the Company will be adjusted in accordance with Clause 6.3 of the "Features of Subscription Warrants", to R$ 2.05 (two reais and five centavos). Each bond entitles the holder to subscribe 1 (one) common share of Log-In.

In this context, pursuant to article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/02, we hereby inform that holders of the warrants may exercise them at B3 SA - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3") or with their custodians until the date of its maturity, on September 30, 2019, observing the terms and procedures stipulated by B3 and the terms of this release.

The capital increases arising from the exercise of the warrants shall be approved by the Board of Directors, according to the following schedule:
