Magseis Fairfield : MSEIS - Disclosure of large shareholding

Funds managed by CPMG, Inc. have on 14 February 2020 acquired 12,244,271 shares,
on 19 February 2020 acquired 245,817 shares, on 20 February 2020 acquired
125,931 shares, and on 21 February 2020 acquired 167,801 shares in Magseis
Fairfield ASA ("MSEIS"). Following completion of these transactions, funds
managed by CPMG, Inc. own 28,189,751 shares in MSEIS, equivalent to
approximately 12.69% of the total shares and votes of MSEIS.
