Majestic Wine plc is pleased to announce that Katrina Cliffe is joining the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director as of today. Upon her appointment Katrina will be a member of the Group's Audit, Remuneration and Nominations committees.

Katrina is currently a Non-Executive Director of London and Country Mortgages Limited, HomeServe plc, Cembra Money Bank AG and Shop Direct Finance Company.

'We are very pleased to announce Katrina's appointment. She brings a wealth of experience to the Board through her board positions in the financial and retail sectors as well as having held management positions across a number of financial and banking institutions.
