Makstil AD Skopje is a Macedonia-based company engaged in the steel industry. It operates a steel plant with an electric arc furnace for production of liquid steel, continuous casting machine for transformation of liquid steel into slabs, a quarto plate mill for rolling the slabs into hot rolled plates, and facilities for shot blasting and priming of plates. The Company's product range includes hot rolled steel plates, coils, strips and sheets, as well as continuous cast slabs in a variety of dimensions. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's parent entity was Duferco Skop Investment Ltd, holding a 62.4% stake in the capital.
