Item 8.01 Other Events

On January 29, 2020, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend to be paid to the holders of the outstanding shares of capital stock. A cash dividend of $0.60 per share of common stock outstanding will be paid on February 26, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2020.
