Marubeni Corporation hereby announces a correction to part of an English translation of its "Summary of Consolidated Financial Results For the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2019 (IFRS basis) (April 1, 2018 - March 31, 2019)" disclosed on May 9, 2019 ("Summary of Consolidated Financial Results").

The Japanese original text of the Summary of Consolidated Financial Results is correct and therefore no correction of the Japanese original text is provided.

Contents of Correction (Corrected part is underlined.)

"② New lawsuit" under "(9) Material Subsequent Events" on Page 20

The amount of damages sought by Marubeni in This Case in the fifth line of the first paragraph is corrected as below:
