BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y., May 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is a statement from Harry Blustein, III C.E.O. of Custom Crushing & Materials, Inc.:

"On April 13, 2011 the judge DENIED GlobeTec Constructions' motion to compel arbitration in Panama. GlobeTec Construction, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of MasTec (NYSE: MTZ). It was odd to begin with that GlobeTec Construction, LLC would claim an affiliation with GlobeTec Panama, SA since the directors of the latter including Jose Mas are reportedly domiciled in the Bahamas, not in Florida or Panama according to official incorporation documents filed in February 2010 in Panama. Specifically they claim to reside at Nassau, Bahamas," stated Harry Blustein III. "We are very pleased with this decision. This brings our case one step closer to justice," concluded Blustein.
