Tokyo, April 26, 2019-Maxell Holdings, Ltd. (TSE: 6810) today announced difference between non- consolidated financial results of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 and the results of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018 as follows.

2.Reason of difference between non-consolidated financial results of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 and the results of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018
The Company has executed absorption-type company split as of October 1, 2017 in which the Company was a splitting company, and all the businesses excluding management control of group companies and real estate have been succeeded by succeeding company, Maxell, Ltd. which is the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, and transitioned to a holding company. The difference in Operating revenue between non-consolidated financial results of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 and the results of the previous fiscal year mentioned above has occurred due to the transition to the holding company.
