Aims
  • Seek further improvements in operational efficiency by adding planning functions to operational departments, enabling prompt planning, implementation and operation of key initiatives.
Details of changes
  • Transfer the functions of the Production Control & Logistics Quality & Engineering Dept. to the Vehicle Logistics Dept., Parts Procurement & Logistics Dept., and CS Parts Operation Dept.
  • Abolish the Production Control & Logistics Quality & Engineering Dept.
