On March 17, 2020, the Company issued and posted on its website a press release regarding a previously-announced investor call on March 17, 2020 to discuss the Company's completion of the exit of its investment in Change Healthcare LLC. In that press release, the Company also provided an updated forecast of its Adjusted Earnings per diluted share for full-year fiscal 2020. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
