Further to the other relevant information notified on 23 January 2020 (official register number 286,090), attached is the release published by Mediaset, S.p.A. reporting that, at the hearing held on 1 February 2020, the Court of Milan has decided to reject the request brought before this Court by Vivendi S.A. and Simon Fiduciaria, S.p.A., regarding the suspension, by way of injunctive relief, of the resolutions passed by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meetings of Mediaset S.p.A. on 4 September 2019 and 10 January 2020, concerning the merger of such company and Mediaset España Comunicación, S.A. with and into Mediaset Investment N.V.

THE "MFE" PROCEEDS:

THE COURT OF MILAN HAS REJECTED THE INJUNCTION REQUESTED

BY VIVENDI AND SIMON

The Court of Milan today rejected the injunction requested by Vivendi and Simon Fiduciaria regarding the cancellation of the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meetings of Mediaset of 4 September 2019 and 10 January 2020.

As a result of the Court's decision, the "MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE" is confirmed and will proceed.
