Meridian ad Banja Luka (Meridian) is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based company. It offers international freight forwarding services, such as road, railway, air and marine freight transportation, as well as special cargoes, the transport of dangerous substances, direct shipping, customs brokerage, warehousing and consulting services. The Company owns three warehouses: in Banja Luka, Novi Grad and Sarajevo, and 14 branch offices throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. As of December 31, 2011, Meridian's two main shareholders are ZIF Kristal invest fond ad Banja Luka, holding approximately 25% of stakes and Zepter Fond ad Banja Luka, holding approximately 23% of stakes.
