Metallica Minerals Limited is an Australia-based development company focused on delivering purity silica sand to a diversified global customer-base. The Company is primarily engaged in the mineral exploration, evaluation, and progress of the development of its Cape Flattery Silica Sands Project. The Cape Flattery Silica Sands Project is located on the eastern coastline of Cape York Peninsula, approximately 220 kilometers north of Cairns in North Queensland, and covers approximately 36 square kilometers (Km2). The Cape Flattery Silica Sands Project is adjacent to the Cape Flattery Silica Sands mining and shipping operation owned by Mitsubishi. It has completed over three drilling programs in the eastern area of EPM 25734. The combined database for the Cape Flattery Silica Sands Project comprises approximately 144 drill holes with over 2,489 meters of drilling. It also has a 25% interest in the Clermont Copper-Gold Project, which is located near the town of Clermont, Queensland.
