KGaA on payment of a cash purchase price. mic AG thus receives sales proceeds of approximately EUR 0.71 million. mic AG will use the purchase price payment to further reduce existing liabilities. The purchase price for the Aifotec shares is approximately 10% above its book value in the annual financial statements 2016, which has not yet been determined and presented due to ongoing audits.
