ASX ANNOUNCEMENT/MEDIA RELEASE APPOINTMENT OF MANAGER GEOLOGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Minbos Resources Limited (ASX: MNB) (Minbos or Company) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Rebecca Morgan as Manager Geology and Business Development with immediate effect.

Ms Morgan is a qualified geologist and mining engineer with 15 years' experience in the mining industry. She has extensive knowledge in dealing in West Africa across several commodities and can speak Portuguese.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Ensure the best possible geological input into the current Bankable Feasibility Study

  • Develop the corporate mineral asset knowledgebase to serve customer requirements, and

  • Evaluate complimentary phosphate assets in West Africa.

Ms Morgan has worked for Rio Tinto, Barrick Gold, Xstrata Nickel, Anglogold Ashanti and Resolute Mining where she has held various senior positions in a number of countries. She joins Minbos from mining advisory firm Optiro, where she was a Senior Consultant (Geology and Mine Engineering) for just under five years.
