This announcement is made by Mingfa Group (International) Company Limited (the ''Company'', which together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') pursuant to Rules 13.09 and 13.24A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'') and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Future Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

UNAUDITED CONTRACTED SALES PERFORMANCE FOR THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2019

Based on the contracted sales record of the Company for the nine months ended 30 September 2019, the Group achieved unaudited contracted sales of approximately RMB8.52 billion in total, representing a decrease of approximately 36.2% when compared to the same period in 2018 (approximately RMB13.36 billion).

On 16 July 2019 and 26 July 2019, the Company submitted the Resumption Report and the Supplemental Report to the Stock Exchange, respectively, for the purpose of demonstrating the Company's progress of fulfilment of the Resumption Conditions (the ''Resumption Submissions''). On 23 October 2019, upon enquiry of the Company made on 16 October 2019, the Stock Exchange informed the Company that the Resumption Submissions are under review.

The Company will continue to comply with the Listing Rules while the Company awaits confirmation from the Stock Exchange in response to the request of the Company for resumption of trading of its Shares on the Stock Exchange.

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development and progress in relation to the fulfillment of the Resumption Conditions as and when appropriate.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 1 April 2016 and will remain suspended until further notice pending the fulfilment of the Resumption Conditions.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
