Mlekara ad Subotica is a Serbia-based company primarily engaged in the dairy industry. It offers fresh products, including pasteurized products, sour milk products, cream and probiotic products; powdered products, such as powdered milk, powdered whey, instant powdered milk, milk addition for coffee; fresh and spread cheeses, butter and thermal products, and durable products, including sterilized milk and fruit juices and nectar. The Company's brands portfolio includes such brands as 5+, which includes fruit yoghurts (cherry, berry and apricot); ELLA, which comprises diet mil and yoghurts; cream butter and processed cheese under the name KREMSI; GREKOS, which offers feta cheese; yoghurt AB and milk VITAMILK, as well as FRUTI strawberry and cherry yoghurts. As of December 31, 2011, Mlekara ad Subotica operated one subsidiary, Kelebija ad. The Company's parent entity was Danube Foods Group BV, which held an 81.76% stake in the capital.
