NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Milan, November 20, 2018- Moncler S.p.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital following the exercise of stock options according to the Plans titled "2014-2018 Stock Option Plan Corporate Structures Italy" and "Performance Stock Option Plan 2015", approved by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on February 28, 2014, and on April 23, 2015. The Company also informs that the relevant share capital statement was recorded on November 19, 2018. In addition, the updated By-Laws of the Company, filed at the Milan Companies Register, will be made available to the public on the Company website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance" / "Governance and ethics" and "Documents and procedures") and through the authorized storage mechanism "1Info" on the websitewww.1info.itin accordance with applicable law.
