Morixe Hermanos SACI is an Argentina-based company engaged in the production and marketing of flour and its derivates. Its main products are flour 000, self-rising flour, semolina, wheat bran and bran food pellets. The Company's facilities include a wheat flour plant in Benito Juares in the province of Buenos Aires. The Company has two direct subsidiaries, Molino Guglielmetti SA, a wheat and derivates manufacturer, and Molinagro SA. It also has interests in Teules SA, a company primarily engaged in the storage of grain. On 30 May, 2012, the Company sold a 99%-stake in Molinagro SA.
