Dealings In Listed Securities (Chapter 14 Of Listing Requirements) : Intention To Deal During Closed Period

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ('Bursa Securities'), this is to notify the Exchange that Dato' Raja Haji Munir Shah Bin Raja Mustapha (referred to as 'Affected Person') intends to deal in the Company's securities during closed period.

In accordance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Affected Person will inform the Company Secretary of the Company on the details of his dealing within one (1) full market day after the dealing has occurred.

(ii) 15,567,996 Ordinary Shares of RM0.10 each are registered in the name of Asia Internet E-Services Holdings Sdn Bhd.
