The Company currently focuses on becoming a provider of medical treatment, diagnostic testing and ancillary services to the long-term health care business sector and the medical community at large and will also attempt to position itself to become an Internet provider of health care content and services. Presently, the Company conducts its operations through its subsidiaries Cardiovascular Laboratories Holding, Inc., Comprehensive Medical Group, Ltd., and Diagnostic Management Group Holdings, Inc.
