Myriad Group AG Announces Change in Shareholding of Major Investor

ZURICH, Switzerland - 13th September 2017: Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) today announces that it has received notification from its major shareholders, Martin and Rosmarie Ebner, that their beneficial holding in the company has decreased to 46.03%.

This results from the registration of 37,417,204 new shares in the Commercial Register. These shares were issued following the completion of the Ordinary Share Capital increase approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 24th August 2017.

As of 13th September 2017 their holding was unchanged at 68,899,053 shares, representing 46.03% of the total number of registered shares of 149,668,817.
