The Company's main products are msurf, which enables automated 3D surface measurements of roughness, topography, layer thickness and volume, mscan for 3D profilometry and msprint, a scanning device for laboratories or machine safety. Its product range includes also msurf explorer and msurf mobile. The Company operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries: NanoFocus Materialtechnik GmbH in Germany and NanoFocus Inc in the United States. Next to Europe and North America, the Company is also active in China.
