Explorinvest Capital Corp and New Frontier Exploration Corp jointly announce the merger of the two companies to form an integrated drilling and exploration company including the assets of an active diamond drilling contractor and an inventory of properties across the Nicola and Osoyoos mining districts of BC.

The combined Company has acquired a significant highly mineralized land position (over 10,000 acres or approximately 17 square miles) in Southern BC which has many historical and prospective drill targets. The claims generally are in proximity to past producers and officially recorded showings, Primary exploration work in this region has focused on the mineral potential of such mineral deposits as the Highland Valley Copper (HVC) mines, owned by Teck Resources Ltd. Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) geochemistry is a geochemical exploration technique that has been demonstrated to detail metal deposits in areas of extensive soil cover. It is especially well suited for deeply buried mineral deposits. New Frontier has employed MMI soil geochemistry reconnaissance sampling on several of its properties with encouraging results to confirm drill targets for flow through expenditures.
