(Update of Previous Disclosure) Notice of Execution of Share Transfer Agreement with a Change
in Consolidated Subsidiary
NEXON Co., Ltd. ("Nexon") announced that, in connection with the execution of a basic agreement on the assignment of all shares of Nexon's consolidated subsidiary gloops, Inc. to GRDRIVE Inc. announced in the "Notice of Execution of Basic Agreement on the Assignment of Consolidated Subsidiary's Shares (Change in Subsidiary)" dated December 24, 2019, it has entered into a share transfer agreement with GRDRIVE Inc. based on a resolution of the Board of Directors on January 31, 2020.
Other details regarding this matter are as described in the "Notice of Execution of Basic Agreement on the Assignment of Consolidated Subsidiary's Shares (Change in Subsidiary)" dated December 24, 2019.
