Nireus Aquaculture : Announcement of the election of a new BoD member and reorganization of the BoD body

NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA announces that following the resolutions of the company's Board of Directors dated 10/9/2018, a new member of the BoD was elected as a result of the stated resignation of the President and member of the Board of Directors Mr. Aristides Belles. The Board of Directors of the company decided to elect the Group Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Efstratios Elissaios as the new member.

Mr. Elissaios holds a degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA in International Management from the European University. He has several years of experience in responsible positions in major Greek companies as a General Manager and as a Financial Manager. From this position he actively participated in corporate reorganistion procedures with the entrance of the banks in the Share Capital of the NIREUS Group, in its operational restructuring as well as in the ongoing sale of the Group to new investors.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors of the company decided to reorganize its body as follows:

The above election of the new member will be submitted for ratification to the next Shareholders' General Assembly in accordance with the law and the company's Articles of Association.

It is noted that there is no differentiation as to the current representation of the company with its third parties.
