Educational training for the fish store staff of the Supermarket chain SYN.KA in Crete

In the context of enhancing our relationships with our customers and particularly with the supermarket chain SYN.KA, we organized in April a training seminar for staff of the store's fish shop departments.

Participants attended a full training seminar at the Akali Hotel in Chania with speeches delivered by our commercial division and quality control department, as well as lectures carried out by two of the company's scientific associates, Mrs N. Karakatsoulis and Mrs. Papageorgiou, specializing on matters of ichthiology and nutritional issues.

The workshop was concluded with an extremely interesting cooking show presented by the food blogger and well-known chef in Crete, Eva Parakentaki, who cooked 4 recipes with various of Nireus' fish, and which meals all participants had a chance to taste.

The attendees expressed their complete satisfaction as regards the contents of the seminar at which they attended with great interest, with a major participation, raising a number of questions and requests.
