Cancellation of treasury shares - Reduction of share capital

Pursuant to the authorization granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of May 16, 2018, the Board of Directors, which met on July 26, 2018, proceeded with the cancellation of 310,225 treasury shares held and used for cancellation purposes. This represented approximately 0.4% of the share capital. Accordingly, the share capital was reduced to 781,076.21 euros divided into 78,107,621 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.01 euro.
