(NYSE: NS) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter 2017 Series A preferred unit distribution of $0.53125 per unit and a Series B preferred unit distribution of $0.47657 per unit. The preferred unit distributions will be paid on December 15, 2017 to holders of record as of December 1, 2017.

NuStar Energy L.P.’s Board of Directors also declared a third quarter 2017 common unit distribution of $1.095 per unit. The third quarter common unit distribution will be paid on November 14, 2017 to holders of record as of November 9, 2017.
