Following the resignation of Mr Grant Warner as a Director, the Directors of The New Zealand Refinery Company Limited have appointed Mr Tim Wall to fill that vacancy. Mr Wall is the Operations Manager at BP's Bulwer Island Refinery in Queensland and represents the interests of BP Oil New Zealand Limited.
