Ocado Group plc ('Ocado') has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism its notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 and the proxy form for the Annual General Meeting (as required by Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3).

The notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form for the Annual General Meeting are available on Ocado's website: www.ocadogroup.com.

These documents will also be available for viewing at the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Ocado's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 6 May 2020 at 10am, at Numis Securities Limited, The London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LT.
