Star brite, manufacturer of Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment, is proud to continue its sponsorship of NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Josh Williams. Josh will be driving the #90 Star Tron Camaro at the Kentucky Speedway this Saturday in support of both the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida (FWFF) and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and their continued recovery effort in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.

During Hurricane Harvey, 150 FWC officers and specialists worked around the clock in Houston and surrounding cities and towns to rescue people trapped by the unprecedented flood waters. These FWC staff, and hundreds more like them, now face the challenges of Hurricane Irma, one of the strongest storms to hit the United States in recorded history.

Star brite also helped out the victims and first responders of Hurricane Harvey, sending shipments of useful products to Texas-such as Star Tron for generators and vehicles, or Performacide for mold & mildew cleanup-as well as matching employee cash donations. 'We were in the middle of raising and matching donations for Hurricane Harvey when Irma hit, leaving us without power for a week,' says Greg Dornau, executive vice president of Star brite. 'Hitting so close to home, we knew we had to do more than just donate products. So we turned to our good friend, Captain Rick Murphy-star of the Florida Insider Fishing Report-looking for the best way to support the local rebuild. After learning how seriously involved the FWFF & the FWC are with the recovery, and knowing how much they continually support Florida, its wildlife and community, we hope to help them out as much as we can.'

The Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida is collecting donations for the FWC to help with the widespread damage and destruction from Hurricane Irma and related recovery needs.

'We are appreciative for the support and public attention driver Josh Williams, King Autosport, and Star brite are bringing to the needs here in Florida following Hurricane Irma,' says Andrew Walker, President and CEO of the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida. 'Though Florida was fortunate overall, many families in the conservation and fishing community were very hard hit. Working with a Florida-based race team, sponsor, and driver really shows the strength of Florida through adversity, and we are grateful to be a part of this effort.'

That Florida-native driver is Josh Williams, excited to represent his hometown of Port Charlotte, Florida-a city almost completely leveled by Hurricane Charley in 2004, and skirted by Hurricane Irma's eyewall just last week.

'Having the opportunity to team up with Star brite in a charitable effort-just as they have joined me throughout my hospital tour this season-is something I am looking forward to,' says Josh, referring to his ongoing visits to young fans in childrens' hospitals throughout the country. 'We have great synergy working together, and I have no doubt it will continue well after Kentucky.'

With 81 career Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) starts overall, including 2 wins, 8 top-five finishes, and 37 top-ten finishes, Williams has gained some valuable experience at Kentucky Speedway to help better prepare him for race conditions on Saturday. 'Kentucky is a track that has always had a lot of character, and one I look forward to on the schedule every year. I am curious to see how the repave and some other changes have enhanced an already great track, and I'm ready to get out there and shake it down,' continues Williams.

An elite athlete at one of the highest levels of stock car racing, Mr. Williams realizes that without support around him he wouldn't have the opportunity he does now, beginning with King Autosport of Port Orange, Florida. 'King Autosport and Mario Gosselin have always believed in my abilities as a driver, and I really appreciate that. The business side of this sport takes some time to put all the right pieces in place, and as we continue to work on that side, Mario continues to give me an opportunity to stay on track and stay relevant. I greatly appreciate that.'
