Today, Peter Löscher informed OMV that he's going to resign as Chairman of the OMV Supervisory Board as of the close of the next Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2019.

Peter Löscher, 61, is Member of the Administrative Board of TBG AG (Switzerland), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sulzer AG (Switzerland) and Member of the Board of Directors of Telefonica S.A. (Spain).
