Aalst-Erembodegem (Belgium), December 24, 2018 - In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release datedDecember 18, 2018), Ontex announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 20,116 shares during the period between December 17, 2018 and December 21, 2018. During the same period, Ontex has sold 20,116 shares.
The total number of own shares held by Ontex, pursuant to the liquidity contract, was 0 on December 21, 2018. The total number of ordinary shares equals 82,367,334

Ontex Group NV is one of the world's leaders in manufacturing and marketing disposable hygiene products for children and adults. Net sales break down by product family as follows:
- baby care products (45.7%): baby diapers, baby pants and wet wipes;
- incontinence products (39.1%): panties and adult diapers, incontinence pads and bed pads;
- feminine hygiene products (13.3%): pads, panty liners and tampons;
- other (1.9%): primarily cosmetics and medical gloves.
