Acting as an independent financial advisor, the Company provides advisory services related to mortgage loans, credit cards, investment products, portfolio management as well as assistance with designing custom savings plans. The Company operates through numerous branch offices in Poland. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated three subsidiaries, Home Broker Nieruchomosci SA, HB Doradcy Finansowi Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. and HB Doradcy Finansowi Sp. z o.o.
