Our world is increasingly connected and uses of digital technology are increasingly diverse; we all want to discover and understand these technologies, which are making our daily lives easier. In the new Orange Opera store, visitors can not only try out the products but also enjoy entirely new experiences. Visitors will discover a sensory, intuitive approach to technology in order to better understand how it works. The store will be animated through a series of workshops, exhibitions, events and artists.

A customised journey and support for each visitor

The store stretches over 2,000m2 on four floors and is divided into universes which correspond to different types of use. 150 employees, including 23 coaches, are at the service of Orange Opera customers. Visitors are free to enjoy the demonstrations or browse through the 800 products and accessories available.
The sales-staff's multi-purpose portable devices mean they can provide personalized end-to-end support. With these devices, customers can pay directly without going to a cash register and can receive their e-receipt via email.
The sales floor, made up of 'Le Shop' and 'La Galerie' - the shop and gallery - covers close to 1,000m2. 'L'Atelier', or workshop, is the reception space for assistance, the after-sales service and repairs. Throughout the store, coaches provide visitors with individual and group demonstrations.

Spaces and events to better understand the digital world

Coaching is a key element that illustrates the store's approach with numerous demonstrations of digital uses that allow visitors to discover the latest innovations. For example they can test connected watches with sporting equipment, or play online games allowing them to experience first-hand the response times offered by Orange's fibre network.
A series of events on commercial, cultural or innovative experience themes are organised year-round throughout the store. The store also features 'La Mezzanine', a 350m2 event-space for parties, conferences, film screenings, workshops, and more. To begin with, between 17 November and 24 December, visitors will be able to discover a virtual reality experience, a drone battle and a Christmas-themed music quiz, among others.
