RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of PanAsialum Holdings Company Limited (the "Company"), together with its subsidiaries (the "Group") announces the resignation of Mr. Cosimo Borrelli ("Mr. Borrelli"), Ms. Chi Lai Man Jocelyn ("Ms. Chi") and Ms. Cai Xinyu Annabelle ("Ms. Cai") as non-executive Directors, all with effect from 3 May 2019 to focus on other professional commitments.

Each of Mr. Borrelli, Ms. Chi and Ms. Cai has confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his/her resignation that ought to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Borrelli, Ms. Chi and Ms. Cai for their valuable contribution to the Group during their terms of office.
