Augsburg/Amsterdam, 16 November 2018. PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, the global partner for pan-European real estate investment, announces that it has sold a residential complex in the Netherlands. The sale is in line with PATRIZIA's strategy to focus on the most attractive Dutch cities. The complex, which contains 479 residential units and 245 parking places, has a freehold tenure and is located in the town of Zeist, a few kilometres east of Utrecht.
