The Company principally involved in the generation and distribution of electric and thermal energy in the Pavlodar region. It is also involved in the operation of electrical networks and the mounting and repairing of power machinery equipment. The Company is active domestically and operates through its three wholly owned subsidiaries: Pavlodarskaya Raspredelitel'naya Elektrosetevaya Kompaniya (Pavlodarenergoservis) AO, Pavlodarenergosbyt TOO and Pavlodarskie teplovye seti TOO. As of January 1, 2013, Pavlodarenergo AO's major shareholder was Tsentral?no-Aziatskaya Elektroenergeticheskaya Korporatsiya AO with a stake of 100%.
