APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the "Board") of PAX Global Technology Limited (the "Company" together with its subsidiaries the "Group") is pleased to announce that Mr. Cheung Shi Yeung ("Mr. Cheung") has been appointed as the joint company secretary of the Company with effect from 3 January 2018.

Mr. Cheung joined the Group in 2016 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is a certified public accountant as defined in the Professional Accountants Ordinance (Cap. 50 of the laws of Hong Kong) and hence complies with the requisite qualifications under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Mr. Cheung will act together with Mr. Chan Yiu Kwong and Ms. Lau Ling Yun Agnes, the existing joint company secretaries of the Company, as the joint company secretaries of the Company.

The Board would like to welcome Mr. Cheung for taking up the appointment.
