Pegasus Heights Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment company. The principal activities of the Company consist of investment holding company, which has interest in managing malls, trading activities and property development activities. The Company operates through four segments: Property management, Project management consultancy, Trading, and Investment holding and others. The Property management segment is involved in the leasing out commercial properties. The Project management consultancy segment is involved in the project management consultancy for property development and marketing events and construction. The Trading segment is involved in the trading of home appliances. The Investment holding and others segment is mainly involved in the group-level corporate services. It owns and operates Centerpoint Seremban Mall, a shopping mall in the district of Seremban. The Company's subsidiaries include Consistent Harvest Sdn. Bhd., and Naim Indah Marketing Sdn. Bhd. among others.
