Perth Resources Limited (Perth Resources) is an early-stage oil and gas exploration company focusing on the Canning and Perth basins in onshore Western Australia. The projects are located within the Canning and Perth Basins in onshore Western Australia. The Company has no petroleum reserves, commercial production. The Company's projects include EP 454 Project, White Hills Project and Roberts Range Project. The White Hills Project constitutes four graticular blocks within exploration permit application EPA 8/06-7 (EPA 8/06-7). The Roberts Range Project constitutes seven graticular blocks within Exploration Permit Application EPA 7/06-7 (EPA 7/06-7). As of December 31, 2011, the Company had not generated any revenue.
