REPLACEMENT: Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following replaces the announcement issued by Petra Diamonds Limited today at 3pm BST. The amendment is to correct the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that Richard Duffy's holding of 240,000 shares represents, from approximately 0.3% to approximately 0.03%. Richard Duffy, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 240,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence ('Shares') in the Company at 21.35 pence per Share. As a result of this trade, Richard Duffy now holds 240,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
