Rio de Janeiro, January 14, 2019 - Petróleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras, following the press released on 12/20/2018, informs that the injunction rendered by Minister Marco Aurélio Mello on December 19, (ADI No. 5942), was suspended by the President of the Federal Supreme Court, Minister Dias Toffoli, until its judgment by the plenary.

In this way, the company will resume the publication of any opportunities related to new E&P divestment projects, following the normal course of its business.

Petrobras informs regarding its 254 concessions in mature fields onshore and shallow waters, that it forwarded to the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) the information that it is under a divestment process in about 70% of them, requesting compatible deadlines for its conclusion due to the fact that Petrobras follows an internal divestment methodology validated by the Brazilian Federal Accounting Court (TCU).

Petrobras reinforces the importance of the Partnerships and Divestments Program to reduce its level of indebtedness and generate value through active portfolio management, in line with its 2019-2023 Strategic Plan and Business and Management Plan.
