Pineapple Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through two segments: information technology related products and restaurant operations. The information technology related products segment is involved in the retailing and distribution of computer hardware, software, peripherals and accessories, and printing consumables (Retailing of IT related products). The restaurants operations segment is involved in operating restaurants serving food and beverages, and in wholesale distribution of food and beverages ingredients to restaurants (Restaurant operations). The Company’s subsidiaries include Pineapple Computer Systems Sdn Bhd (PCS), AGVA Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Pinefood Sdn Bhd and THS Restaurants Sdn Bhd. PCS is engaged in retailing computers and related accessories. AGVA Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a restaurant operator. Pinefood Sdn Bhd is a restaurant operator and distributor of food and beverages ingredients.
