Its Pingisvaara is located in the extreme northern part of Sweden, kilometers to the northern border with Finland. The Pingisvaara tenement covers 900 ha within Kiruna Municipality, Northern Sweden. Its Junsele tenement covers 1,225 ha over a layered mafic with ultramafic layers intrusion in Solleftea Municipality, Central Sweden. The Liljendal Rare Earth Elements (REE) tenement, located in central Sweden, covers an area of 1,732 hectares. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Horizon Gold Ltd. and Nordmark Exploration AB.
