2018 Annual General Meeting Results

27 November 2018, Melbourne: Praemium is pleased to advise that all resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting were carried on a show of hands at this morning's meeting.

The Board would like to advise that in relation to Resolution 2, Adoption of the Remuneration Report for the year ended 30 June 2018, the motion was carried unanimously by a show of hands, with proxy voting 95.0% in favour of the resolution.
