Total assets at December 31, 2010 were $208,160,000 compared to $217,518,000 at December 31, 2009.

Oil and gas sales were $85,263,000 in 2010 as compared to $69,343,000 in 2009. The average prices received in 2010 were $6.43 per Mcf of gas and $75.11 per barrel of oil, as compared to $4.42 per Mcf of gas and $59.16 per barrel of oil in 2009. In 2010, the Company produced 5,939,000 Mcf of gas and 627,000 Barrels of oil, as compared to 7,129,000 Mcf of gas and 640,000 barrels of oil in 2009. The increase in net income was principally due to higher prices received for sales of our oil and gas production and reduced depreciation, depletion and amortization.
